Good news for Washtenaw County! According to the County's Clerk and Register of Deeds, only 25 Sheriff's Deeds were recorded this October. That is down almost 38 percent from last year and is the lowest year-to-date total since October 2004! Also in good news, homes are selling quickly when priced right in the Ann Arbor real estate market. The total number of residential sales hasn't changed year-over-year, but home prices increased 5.57 percent from last September!
