While home sales in September were down slightly from a relatively strong month in August, they were up from a year ago, giving encouraging signs of a strengthening market and potential for stabilizing, if not appreciating, home prices. These signs include an increasing demand, shown by the number of people shopping for homes, and the decreasing inventory of homes for sale, in conjunction with some of the lowest levels of new housing construction since the 1960s when the Beatles first came to the United States. Lindsey was home.  Lindsey is my 26 year old daughter and we got to spend 2 days together - priceless.  I say when I grow up I want to be just like her.  So we went to Liberty Athletic to exercise and do messages together.  Then we had lunch at Bell's Diner.  Then we stopped in to Lewis Jewelers.  Then we shopped at Plum Market for dinner.  We made a warm quinoa side dish for our tuna steaks which were seared to perfection. We picked out a movie for Blue Ray and cranked up the sound.  On Sunday we made Halloween cupcakes from Martha Stewart web site.   Because Lindsey is a RD and is an expert in nutrition, we enjoy food shopping together and are astounded by the learning opportunities the store shelves and staff provide.  If you are moving to Ann Arbor, our team would love to share our ... 10/16/2011
