So here we go with the third in the series, the third town is North Beach.North Beach was originally platted in 1900 and re-platted in 1908 and formally incorporated in 1910. It was established as a strictly residential town. North Beach is located in Calvert County, and in 2010 had a population of only 1,978. In addition to a boardwalk, North Beach has multiple parks including Wetlands Overlook Park, Sunrise Garden, Callis Park, and the Walton Beach Nature Preserve, and is home to the new Twin Beaches Public Library.
