A Grate Accent For Your Kitchen This week when showing one of my special homes at 15932 Meadow Walk Road, I noticed these grate items used as a kitchen decor.   These kitchen tools come in various shapes and have different sizes of grating slots. They are very useful in the preparation of many  recipes. When thinking of a grater, I think of grating onions, potatoes, cheese and also creating zest from oranges or lemon.  Sunflowers Make Me Smile On the way to showing my listing at 15932 Meadow Walk Rd, I passed this lovely field of sunflowers and wanted to get out and take a look but that would just have to wait. Not wanting to be late, I went to the house, turned all the lights on, opened a few of the blinds and just made sure the house was at it's best.  The agent was a pleasure and his buyers were impressed with the property. They loved all the wood, the two stone fireplaces, the open concept, the decks, the greenhouse, the high ceilings all with wood, the views from the kitchen and all the other rooms.  Discussing Adult Beverages Today on my live radio show  All About Real Estate I was discussing adult beverages. Now what does that have to do with real estate? There was a showing at  my deck house 15932 Meadow Walk Dr. in Woodbine, Md. 21797 and I was talking about the two citrus trees on the patio. Now how can you grow these trees in our Maryland climate? Easy... if you have a heated greenhouse.  And this contemporary home on four acres has one.When the weather is hot and humid the trees are kept outside.
