Another TOO LATE  Baltimore HomeBy Margaret Rome We have a ratified contract on this 4 bedroom, 4 level spit in the Willow Glenn area of Pikesville 21208.We have  a lovely buyer's agent, and all of us are excited for my sellers and this happy first time buyer. We still need to do the inspections, appraisal and all the other good stuff that goes with the sale of a property. At the home inspection, tomorrow, I will ask the new buyer and her agent to put up the TOO LATE sign.  Impromptu Open House  4618 Hawksbury Rd. 21208 MLS# BC8661070 A last minute showing was requested by a delightful agent. No problem, I will meet you at my brand new listing on 4618 Hawksbury Road 21208 at 4:15 today.  I arrived at 3:45PM and placed an OPEN HOUSE sign on the rider. I also put the open house on the MLS system. A text from the agent that their buyer was running late. Again...no problem. I already had a visitor stop by from the sign.
