Today we went to closing on another Pikesville Condo. This two bedroom, two baths 4th-floor unit never hit the market. We were able to get in before it hit the MLS. How? I announced on my live radio show my buyer's need for a condo in this building. And a caller after the show let me know there was one going on the market and gave me the owner's name and number. That was on a Sunday afternoon. By 10:00 PM on that same Sunday, we had a signed contract.    And today, 35 days later, we went to closing. We moved out...how does my condo look?    My newest listing   Pavilion in the Park  is on the market and the owners have recently moved.
