 It was a Monday, thirty-three days ago, that I first spoke with Megan about listing her Baltimore home.  Look at this timeline January 13 Our first conversation and a first blog January 14 Received the house keys via Fed Ex and a letter to the house January 15 Professional photography and entered 1149 Linden Ave into the MLS January 16 Two  impromptu open houses and had a ratified contract before midnight January 20 Home inspection January 25 Met the appraiserFebruary 14 Final walk-through before noon. Today Megan, John, and I met for the first time, and it was at the settlement table. Yesterday was so windy that I could not get the for sale sign hung on the installed post. It blew right out of my hands, and I went chasing it into the neighbor's yard.That did not stop me from holding, not one but two, impromptu open houses, one in the early afternoon, the second later in the afternoon.
