5809 Melville Rd, a charming rambler near Liberty Lake in Eldersburg, MD has happy new owners!Sometimes, good things take a while. But even when the road to the closing table is a bit longer, there's still a Happy Closing Day at the end. This transaction was one for my Real Estate storybook - the good one that is filled with examples of positive vibes, and patience, and perserverance. All is well that ends well! The buyers came, saw, fell in love, and wrote their winning offer on New Year's Eve.
