Dogfish Head Punkin AleChef Dolores and I were having pizza at home. Our beverage selection was the 2024 Dogfish Head Draft Brewery Punkin Ale. This seasonal selection is brown ale with pumpkin. It is good and your guests will enjoy it. Drink responsibly. 7% Alc. by Vol. Click on the link to reach the website for more information.  The pumpkin beer you've known and loved since 1994! Named after the seriously off-centered southern Delaware extravaganza Punkin Chunkin, Punkin Ale is a full-bodied brown ale with smooth hints of pumpkin and brown sugar thanks to our brewers using real pumpkin meat, brown sugar and spices. As the season cools, this is the perfect beer to warm up with. Daylily, Kentlands Photowalk, Gaithersburg, Maryland USA IMG 2231Canon PowerShot G11 CameraPhotograph by Roy ...

Just Sold - Oliver Neighborhood TownhomeAnother one sold, another one settled, another happy seller!! Just Sold 1430 N Bond Street in Baltimore's Oliver neighborhood. This fully renovated 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home with a fully finished basement has a new owner.Every transaction is a learning experience and sometimes the lessons are a reminder of knowledge we already have. In this case, I represented the seller. When I get a contract of sale I always let my client know I have an offer but once I do my due diligence and speak with the buyer's agent, I call the lender and, look the lender up online to see what their track record is like and what their online presence is like and judge their experience. It isn't enough to get a preapproval letter for the buyer if the lender can't get it...
