Just SOLD on Siden Drive in Hanover, MD. Harmans Woods is a community minutes from Arundel Mills Mall, Fort Meade, and the BWI business district. I am thrilled for my repeat client who added this split-level home to his investment portfolio. We squeezed in a showing at the last minute, the seller was *this close* to accepting a different offer. I convinced the listing side that it we were worth the wait, and I'm so glad they agreed! I presented an offer as clean and uncomplicated as possible, and the seller chose to sell to my client instead. At 385K, my client scored a great deal on this detached single-family home! Now, in all my years in Real Estate I've never had a buyer request to only see split-level homes, they can be rather unexciting with their exterior elevation. But, split-lev...

No ReplyI tried to contact a listing agent about a property that the agent had listed for rent.First I texted, then I emailed, and then I called and left a message.  No reply.  Similar to the instructions on a bottle of shampoo, I then repeated the process.  No reply.Later that day, I saw a little boy who told me that he sees dead people and that they don't know that they are dead.Suddenly, as if my life was passing before my eyes, I remembered:the time that a seller for a listing of mine did not show up to settlement;the time that I made an appointment to show a prospective buyer one of my listings, but they did not show up;the time that a lead service sent me a lead, with whom I could never make contact;the time that I left a decent tip on my credit card at a restaurant and noticed th...

National Margarita Day - February 22 I completely forgot that today was National Margarita Day until I stopped at my favorite Mexican Restaurant, El Salto in Perry Hall on the corner of Ebenezer and Belair Road. My favorite is a Peach Margarita with a salted rim.  It is so good!! But, then again, I like anything peach-flavored.We started going to El Salto when they first opened in Brooklyn Park about 25 years ago and we've made so many friends there and tonight was no exception. The family-owned business now has 3 locations and every time I go I see family there.  Today they had Happy Hour all Day and I ordered my old standby the Jalisco Special. What's your favorite Margarita?

Another 5-star review is making my week! I am always so appreciative when my clients take the time to pen a review. Since Google's AI bot is a review thief, I have resorted to screenshotting and sharing it on my blog, too. This was a memorable transaction for so many reasons. The sellers and I bonded throughout the weeks we prepared their home for sale. It was an extraordinary property in Brookeville, MD that showed like a model home. It was a large home with a many special features. So many, in fact, that I had to show the house myself to any prospective buyer and their agent to make sure none of it was overlooked. I am still thrilled about the outcome we achieved, and the timing that turned out to be just perfect for my clients. Thank you, Stephanie and Fred, for your confidence in me...
