You may all recall that I just put this pretty little 2bed/1bath ranch on the market in Plymouth back on March 6 - "billing" it as ideal for first time homebuyers or downsizers. Within 3 days, we had 10 showings and multiple offers even though I had priced it on the high side to test the new 2017 market and by day 5 (March 11) my seller client had accepted a solid offer above asking. The appraisal came in to support the contract price & all going well, we will close in late April.I beleive this is a good indicator that 2017 will be a very good market for sellers!

A Middleborough MA home buyer should receive a brochure, Home Inspectors Facts for Consumers Sheet, at the time of the signing of the first written contract to purchase.A standard home inspection in Massachusetts is a visual examination of the physical structure and major interior systems of a residential building consisting of one to four dwelling units. It should be understood that there are certain risks inherent in the purchase of property and a home inspection is inherently limited in its scope and depth. The information gained from home inspection conforming to the Massachusetts Home Inspector Standards of Practice may reduce some of those risks, but the home inspection is not intended to provide the client with protection from all of the risks involved.Visit the Middleborough MA ...

I am very happy to share the fact that today is the 11 year anniversary since I became a realtor on March 1, 2005. I am so happy to have found a successful 2nd career that I absolutely love and have been so lucky to have a wonderful base of clients - both sellers and buyers - across all age groups which have resulted in so many wonderful long term relationships. I particularly enjoy helping young first time homebuyers in achieving their dreams of homeownership in a comfortable and fulfilling way so they feel proud & happy as they move into their first very own home! And best of all for the past 8 years & 8 months I have been part of Success Real Estate - the No.1 agency on the South Shore!I feel so lucky (in addition to having "the luck of the Irish") to have found my "calling" in real ...

You may live on Sully, Lynn or Kevin Road and never ever gave it a thought. Perhaps you grew up on Jon or Lisa Drive.  When these slab ranch style homes were built in the late fifties and early sixties, they were considered 'private ways' by the City of Brockton.  As such, the Campanelli Brothers were able to call these new streets whatever they chose to.       This topic came up while caddying for one of the contractors who did much of the painting as these homes were being built. Johnny Janto was one of the best guys you could be assigned to if you had to lug a golf bag around for four hours.  He treated us well, kept the ball in easy to find places, and tipped with the best of them. Johnny J grew up poor during the depression and knew what real work was.  We all loved him, ...
