It has been a long 8 months trying to close the last of my 10 condo unit located in East Boston. Took 5 years to sell all 10 units. When the developer started the project there were 6 units with attached garages and 4 units facing the stree with no garage. I informed the seller to build the front 4 units first tht contained no garages but he insisted to build the one with them. Ever since those units have been sold every call I received the buyers wanted a unit with a garage. I knew this was going to happen. I must have lost 10 customers because of this and now have a arms lenghth list to call if one of the units goes up for resale.
