It has come time to say" Thank you for wonderful memories and wonderful people I have met in the past 8 years".  It is no longer in my family's best interest to continue with this career choice. Warning to those searching Craigslist for Rentals! I have heard various different versions of the same scam involving Craigslist.  In a nut shell, the con artist takes a home that is being listed for sale by a local Realtor and posts it as a rental by owner as well. It is all an effort to get your personal information and possibly a first and last deposit on a home that you can never live in. History The land that is now Danvers was once controlled by the Naumkeag branch of the Massachusett tribe. Around 1630, settlers converted an existing Naumkeag trail into the Old Ipswich Road, creating a connection to the main cities of Salem and Boston.[1] Danvers was permanently settled in 1636 as Salem Village, and eventually petitioned the Crown for a charter as a town.
