November Requests From The Canton food Pantry The Canton MA Food Pantry provides an invaluable service to many members of our community who are struggling. They rely on the donations and support from the Canton community. Luckily, the citizens of Canton MA always come through for them - as they do anytime they are asked for help. The Canton Food Pantry sends out a monthly email to its subscribers, letting them know what items they are most in need of for the current month. It's Halloween Dance Party Time in Canton MA Well, the Halloween fun keeps on coming!  Oh, to be a kid again! The Hazel Boone Dance Studio is holding a Halloween Dance Party on Sunday October 30th from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at their new studio at One New Boston Drive in Canton.  The Halloween Dance Party is open to all children, boys and girls, ages 8 and up.  You do NOT need to be a student at the studio to attend. Canton Fall Classic Road Race It is the end of October and in addition to it being time for Halloween, it is also time for the Canton Fall Classic Road Race. This year marks the 23rd year for this Canton fall tradition.  The race offers both a 5K and 10K in addition to a children's Fun Run.  As always, the race begins and ends at Temple Beth Abraham in Canton MA.   Both the 5K and the 10K start at 10 am, with the Fun Run starting just before st 9:45.  Although the early registration deadline has passed, it is not too late to register either online or on the day of the race.  Registration will close promptly at 9:45 am. Canton's Annual Halloween Parade is This Weekend One of the nice things about living in a smaller town like Canton MA are the annual traditions.  Now that the cool crisp air of fall is returning and Halloween is approaching, it is time once again for the annual Halloween parade through Canton center.  This year's parade will be on Sunday October 30th at 1:00 pm. Sponsored by the Canton Recreation Department the parade starts at the Bank of Canton parking lot and continues down Washington Street and ends at Canton High School.  At the end of the parade, the recreation department provides refreshments and entertainment, including a DJ.  It was always a fun event to participate in when my kids were little.  It is a nice family event and sometimes entire families dress up in costume.   Not ... 10/25/2011

Smoke Gets In Your Eyes And worse than that.....it smells and lingers...... Yes!  You CAN Use a Buyer Broker to Buy a For Sale By Owner Home in Canton MA Buyers  will sometimes contact me to see if they can still use my services as a Canton MA Buyer Broker to help them buy a home that is For Sale By Owner.  And the answer is Yes!  You Can! Get Your Flu Shots at the Canton Health Fair! The Canton MA Board of Health is holding its annual Health Fair on this Saturday, October 22nd, at Canton High School from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.  All Canton residents over the age of four can come and get their Flu Vaccine free of charge.  The Board of Health has used some of its revolving funds to purchase vaccines beyond the allotment given to them by the State so they do ask those who are covered by Medicare or other insurance to bring their insurance cards so they can see reimbursement.
