Niche Marketing to Students, Residents, and Interns

A niche that we often overlook is selling condos and small homes to students, med students, law students and residents. Many of these students are from wealthy or are starting school later in life. they want a place to live and have an investment while they are going to school. If you have a university in your area this is a good business for several reasons. New Students every year, they graduate and have to sell in a couple of years, and they are a good refferal base. You have to know a lot of answers and say you don't know because these kids are smart. You have to deal with the parents on many occassions.
