New Orleans Real Estate - Market Report - Lakevew We cycle back through Orleans Parish and specifically the Lakeview neighborhood in this week's market report. Lakeview is one of the hottest markets in the New Orleans Area with an average days on market hovering around two months. The 30-day trend of 144 days on the market is quite interesting. It seems like the lack of inventory is having buyers go after properties that have sat for a while. The sold price per square foot is also down during this span, so maybe sellers were in the holiday spirit.
