Just spoke to a mortgage broker in Metairie Louisiana this morning.  Hot off his fax machine was an FHA paper announcing a new 100% financing with 6% assistance and mortgage insurance upfront rolled into the loan.  Seems hurricane Katrina has given us some benefits.  I have two clients from Metairie Louisiana, and Lacombe Louisiana already looking into this.  Call me for more information. 05/12/2008
