There's a great deal of development in and around Springhurst and Prospect here in Louisville. One neighborhood is Wolf Pen Springs, where new, custom homes are being built from the mid $500k. Right off Chamberlain Lane, directly across from Norton Commons, Wolf Pen Springs is close to everything in Louisville's far east end. Large brick two-stories are the norm here in Wolf Pen Springs.
