We are constantly bombarded with the words real estate bubble, subprime mortgage mess, liquidity crisis. What we have had a hard time finding out about is the truth. Yes, certain areas of the country have been hit hard by falling prices in real estate, foreclosures and not enough money to finance potential buyer's. However, Overland Park & Leawood zip codes 66224 are not one of those places. Home sales continue to be brisk with sale prices showing very little change from the prior year. Sales might have slowed slightly from 2005's  record pace but we are still seeing remarkable stability.
