You will love it!1/2 C. margarine1 C all purpose flour1 8oz pkg cream cheese-room temperature2 C. non dairy whipped topping, divided1 3.4 oz pkg. instant chocolate pudding1 3.4 oz pkg. instant vanilla pudding2 C. milk1 C. chopped pecans1 C. powdered sugarPrehead oven to 325 degrees. Melt margarine and combine flour and pecans. Mix well and pat into bottom of a 9" X 13" pan. Bake for 20 minutes, let cool. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of non dairy whipped topping. Spread evenly over cooled baked crust. Combine instant pudding mixes with 2 cups milk according to package directions. President Bush signed the Hope Now initiative in December to slow the flow of defaulted subprime mortgage defaults.  The non-profit HUD-approved Homeownership Preservation Foundation should have by now approximately 550 to 600 counselors staffing the phone to talk to concerned conusmers. It's official! Spring for real estate in Elkhart, Indiana has arrived. (Just never mind the snow / rain / sleet mix we experienced this afternoon.)
