School is out for the Holidays. The Children are Everywhere! This is the time of year when it appears the neighborhood kids are out of control. No School means freedom for a couple weeks.  Compound that with a winter playground and a week before Christmas, and that means CAUTION!   It seems that the automobile traffic increases 10 fold at this time of year. The children are excited, with all the new toys and gifts now available in the stores.
