I am proud to annonce we were able to help another Tinley Park homeowner successfully facilitate, negotiate and sell their condo as Chase Short Sale. These homeowners could not sell their property because the values for Tinley Park condos have reduced so drastically. I wrote a blog post about my beloved Pekingese Shi Tsu mix Gizmo, who changed this cat lady to a dog lover.  I even created a blog for him after he passed away last year at the age of 14.  I still miss him and think about him often.  He is buried in our backyard with a little garden stone so we can visit him whenever we want to.
