  Glencoe Home Sales and Market Report for Year to Date 2013 As a homeseller in Glencoe, it's not been a bad year.  Total sales were up slightly, but home prices remained completely static.   There was pent up buyer demand from several years of a drought real estate market and that will continue for a while Sales were quick with many homes having at least two offers, some with many more.
