There's not much for in the way of housing inventory in Kealia, Kauai but it tends to have a large population when the surf is up. Kealia hosts a surf contest on 4/3/10. There are 2 older subdivisions in Kealia, Kealia Town Tract, mauka (mountain) side of Kuhio Highway & Kealia Ocean View track, makai (ocean) side of Kuhio Highway. And there are 2 newer subdivisions in Kealia, Kealia Makai, on the makai side of the highway & Kealanani, a newer subdivision of agricultural lands located on the mauka side of the highway.
