Lake Nottely, a 4,180-acre TVA lake with 106 miles of shoreline, is nestled in the mountains just northwest of Blairsville, GA.   Did you know that Blairsville GA is home to 3 stunning waterfalls?     They are Helton Creek Falls, Trahlyta Falls & DeSoto Falls, which is located just outside of Union County. All of these waterfalls are easily accessible with viewing areas, parking and a short walk/hike.HELTON CREEK FALLS DIRECTIONS: From Blairsville, take US 19/129 S for 11.5 miles to left on Helton Creek Rd (the first paved rd on the left past Vogel State Park).
