 Fayetteville County Market Update:The data analysis above is from the Georgia MLS as of 10/9/2021 and is just for the Fayetteville City limits.  The main take away from this is that of the houses that are selling (Even in the most extreme markets you have houses that don't sell at all, and you've probably heard the term "on the market or in the market"?  This is the "In the market" houses).  We see that just after the pandemic hit there was a lull in listings and sales and then a spike we saw summer before last.  Month of housing supply means that at the current rate how long does it take to sell through the housing inventory (if you think of a pond, water is always flowing in and flowing out, houses float on the incoming water and then as they sell exit with the outflowing stream.  Th... 10/09/2021

It's difficult to define in absolute terms where Braelinn begins and where it ends.  The area is located roughly south of Lake Peachtree across and through the Braelinn Golf Course https://club.clubcorp.com/Clubs/The-Clubs-of-Peachtree-City-and-Newnan South to Publix near the intersection of Redwine Rd. and Joel Cowan Parkway.  It's a beautiful development in this city of just under 40,000 people about half an hour away from Atlanta's Massive International Airport.  Homes have access to more than 100 miles of golf paths (apart from the actual golf course) for alternative transportation anywhere in town pretty much and even extending South to Senoia.  Homes may also be right on the green with expansive open views, or right on the lake in one of a handful of lakes in the areaAs of 9/20/21... 09/20/2021

Peachtree City is located in Fayette County between Newnan to the East, Atlanta & Tyrone to the North, Senoia to the South and Fayetteville to the West.  The current population is more than 6 times what it was back in the 80's and it continued to explode in growth through the 90's and early 2000's to it's present population of around 37,000.  Some may disagree with my analysis on amount of cars on the roads, but during my visit today I was driving in after school rush hour and traffic really wasn't an obstacle at all, in fact I marveled at how smoothly it flowed.  I think what really makes Newnan-Peachtree City-Senoia area attractive as part of the metro Atlanta area, is it's lack of extreme congestion that you might find in other parts of the metro.  Moreover the city is really known f... 09/20/2021

Not everyone has such a gem right in their back yard practically, and yet right here in Peachtree City at the county line is one of the area's most beautiful recreation areas.  The trail at Line Creek Nature Area is the main attraction ad begins from the Northern trail head in an hardwood forested area heading towards the creek from the parking area towards granite outcroppings, and even some areas where the creak runs fairly swift over the rocks creating a pleasant sound as you walk nearby.  The trail bordered by some ferns, various ivy like plants and azaleas.  This hike is a pleasant one of a little over a mile each direction.  At the Northern part of the park, you will encounter a bit more terrain including rocks, and tree roots.  I'd recommend good outdoor hiking shoes for this are... 09/12/2021

Who says there is no inventory in Atlanta? Maybe they ought to take another look at the south metro, particularly South Fulton, Fayette, Clayton and Henry counties. Sure, inventory is tighter than usual for Atlanta area buyers, but supply loosens up a little in the southern crescent counties.These graphs of current Georgia MLS data for the four counties mentioned, show that they boast nearly double the months supply of 3-5 bedroom residential listings  than their northerly neighbors. Fayette County GA Real Estate Market Trends in December 2013 The Georgia MLS data for Fayette County revealed more good news for Fayette home owners last month. Based on those numbers, the real estate market is holding it's ground and inching forward, and recovery seems to be holding firm.   Fayette County home sales prices trend upward   Fayette County continued to enjoy a Normal Sellers Market with incremental prices gains in December 2013.
