Villas At Knollwood Lakes As you travel east on Highway 124, you cross over from Lawrenceville to Snellville.  There is a neighborhood that pops up immediately that is one of the newer neighborhoods in Snellville.  With homes featured from the mid $300's to the high 7's and 8's, Knollwood Lakes is certainly in the top 10% of all homes in Snellville.  Most people move out to Snellville for the value and the quiet lifestyle.  With a slogan like, "Everybody is somebody in Snellville," who wouldn't want to move here. Snellville is one of "those" cities.  With a motto like, "where everybody is somebody" you have to wonder how small is it.  It's actually growing quite fast with a new outdoor mall on Webb Gin and a huge jump in average price per home. Currently there are 1153 properties on the market averaging a high for Gwinnett (relative to some cities of equal size) of $240,055.  The top 10% of these are selling in 75 days or less. Snellville is changing and not everyone is happy about this.  Change in my opinion is generally a good thing, but it takes adjustment. With the expansion of highway 124, Snellville has become more accessible.   With this came more traffic, this is good and bad.  There are lots new subdivisions going up in the Snellville area and with that lots of new residents.  Everywhere you look there is construction and the residents who lived in Snellville when no one knew of Snellville are not happy.  So it seems many long time residents are on the move to places a little less developed.  Currently there are over 1139 active residental homes on the market in Snellville.  154 homes are pending sale.If you would like to sell or purchase a home in Snellville give me a call!Ava Lugg  770-369-5121http:... 07/25/2007

 I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with my daughter and I can truly say I enjoyed every minute.  My daughter and I spend our time at the Lenora Church park.  Lenora Church Park is one of my favorite parks in the Snellville area.  This park is not only picturesque, but there is so much to do.  My daughter and I spend the afternoon just taking pictures and enjoying the scenery and nature.  Below are pictures of the baseball field, playground and community pool.        My daugther played at the playground and then we decided to take a walk and on the way we saw the dog park, the lake with ducks and turtles.         We saw families enjoying the pavillions, beautiful magnolia trees and just enjoyed the lake walking trail.        There is also a gymnasium, a football field and disc... 07/07/2007
