I received a call this morning from a client I did a pre-listing inspection for about 3 months ago. He told me that he is in contract and the buyer just had their inspection done and only one thing was found. One thing! Missing screws for a face plate cover. How awesome is that.  I did find many areas of concern that he did address to get his home in tip top shape. Decayed siding and trim he took care of. Caulking issues on the exterior of the home and in the interior of bathrooms. Repaired glazing on sashes and peeling paint.  He replaced a faulty GFCI.  He repaired all his sink pop-ups so they work as intended. He made sure all his windows worked and weren't painted shut. As a gift I received two detox foot baths from my husband who is a friend of Dr. Scott Featherstone.  He bought these foot baths thinking just how relaxing they would be, not really considering the full health benefits of them.  Needless to say I was amazed, Dr. Featherstone showed me around the office and then went on to explain how the detox foot bath works, because we have larger pores (not to mention - our feet are easily accessible) in our feet, when you the perform the foot bath it pulls toxins out of your body.  I was amazed when I looked down and started noticing these flakes of black (looking at the paper - these we're heavy metals) and then the water turning an orange brown color - once again toxins.  After that I had what is called dry Hydro-massage therapy, (translates into ... 07/14/2008

North Fulton Homes Sales May.  The following is a custom chart I created to share the most recent North Fulton Homes sales for May 2008 as compared to same period in previous years.  The Chart was very interesting to me, because I found a trend I had not been aware of before.  The North Fulton west side of the 400 also known in our real estate MLS as area 13 actually peaked in sales of units sold in 2003, leveled out then started dropping again last year.  Single Family home sales in Area 13 from the peak in sales in 182 per month in May of 2003 to a low of 110 in May of 2008.  That is a 39.56% drop in monthly sales over that 5 year period.  From May 2007 where I believe our market started to correct we saw a high in sales of 132 last May to a low of 110 May 2008.  That was a 16.6% drop... 06/23/2008
