You can find all the grocery and retail  stores, banks, gyms, movie theaters and the restaurants within 1-3  miles from the neighborhood. It will take you about 10 minutes to  get to North Point Mall and about 40-45 minutes to Atlanta  International Airport from Hawkins Cove subdivision.  It is April 29th, 2010 and there are no homes currently listed for  sale in this subdivision. There were two homes sold in 2009 for  $300,000.
