Cub Scouts at Robins Air Force Base October 2013 This year we joined up with the Cub Scouts. I am surprised how active our Pack is on base. This week we visited a fire station at Robins Air Force Base. The boys learned about fire safety, got a tour of the station, learned about jobs of the fireman, met Sparky the Fire Dog, and saw a few firetrucks in action.           10/22/2013

Real Estate Market in Houston County Georgia – July 2012 The Real Estate Market in Houston County Georgia experienced a slight downturn in July from previous high sales in the past quarter.  However, all hope is not lost as the 99 homes that closed represent 11% more sales than the 12-month average number of sales.  The average sales price in July was over $165K and homes that sold continued to do so at a brisk pace...107 days on average. Houston County Georgia Real Estate Market Report – Jan 2012 This Houston County Georgia Real Estate Market Report is a snapshot over the last 12 months, showing expected summer increases in homes sold and a drop off as winter arrives.  While Jan 2012 had less sales than any other month during the 12-month horizon, it does track consistently with Jan 2011 which also had 54 homes sold. Sellers, what can you expect?  How about an average sales prices at 97.44% of the list price, 3.5 months for typical homes to sell, and over 14 months worth of inventory for buyers to choose from. Tops in Blue Coming Back to Warner Robins and Robins Air Force Base Celebrating 55 years of entertainment, Tops in Blue the Air Force's all-amateur entertainers will be performing their "Rhythm Nation" tour at the Warner Robins Civic Center on Feb 14th 2012 at 7pm. The Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins is open to the public and located at Robins Air Force Base.  It is a favorite attraction for locals and has also attracted over 9 million visitors from around the world since opening. Want to know what it feels like to be a Top Gun?  Have an urge to pilot an F-15 or B-1?  The Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins GA is sponsoring, through its Mission Quest Flight Simulation Department, a Flight Club program throughout March 2011.
