Dunwoody Georgia is a small suburb outside of Atlanta Georgia. It is 14 miles North of Atlana and 2 miles east of Sandy Springs. The population of Dunwoody is 32,808. Dunwoody has yet to vote on if they will become their own city yet. It is suppose to do that this year. With that said, Dunwoody is home to some famous people such as P Diddy. Dunwoody Georgia homes sales.  If you are interested in Dunwoody real estate, the most recent data for Dunwoody homes closed sales for the month of October 2007 has just been released.  In the Atlanta MLS Dunwoody is noted as area 121. Dunwoody Georgia real estatemarket report. The MLS statistics for Dunwoody Georgia homessales (Realtor Reference Area 121) are as follows: Dunwoody Area 13 Sold - 32 Properties Found 09/01/2007 - 09/30/2007 VS. 54 Properties sold last year 09/01/2006 - 09/30/2006.  That is a 40% drop in sales over the same period last year. The days on market need to sell a homes in Dunwoody area have increased from 64.6 days to 78.8 days    The average original list price is 550,663, the average list price is 535,838 and the average sales price is 514,291 which is giving us a list price /sales price ratio of 96%.  There are currently 330 Active Single Family Detached Dunwoody homes for sale in Area 121, and 32 sold in September 2007! My mother is in town for the week, visiting from Chicago.  Last night after work, my girlfriend, mother and I went to Perimeter Mall to return a few items and do a little shopping ourselves.  We got pretty hungry from walking around the mall, so we went over to Wildfire Restaurant (a Chicago-based restaurant) for dinner.  Our experience at Wildfire was fabulous!We requested a booth to sit in and none were available...until they sat us in a booth that had been previously reserved (I'm guessing a no-show?...maybe not).  Upon being seated our waiter (Travis) came over to greet us, introduce himself, fill our glasses with water, etc.  He had asked if it was our first time to the restaurant, I explained that it was not my first...I had been to the one in Chicago, but that it was my mother an... 10/24/2007
