The Atlanta real estate market continues to be one the best values of any major metropolitan area in the country. The cost of living in Atlanta compared with other cities of similar size is one of the biggest factors as to why the Atlanta real estate market has not stumbled through the real estate slowdown experienced by cities around the country that have real estate markets similar to that found in Atlanta. Another reason for the strength of the Atlanta real estate market is population growth. When you live in the fastest growing area since the year 2000, it becomes difficult to have a serious slowdown in your real estate market. People moving to Atlanta need a place to live and fortunately builders have been up to the task in providing new housing in all areas of the city to give res...

I recently read in article in KnowAtlanta Magazine that talk about the healthy Real Estate market that we have in the Atlanta area.  Yes we do, I agree.  Most people listen to the evening national news and hear about the Real estate bust across the country.  The problem with that is that Real Estate is different all over the country and in my opinion, it is hard for the national news to say that the entire country is in a Real Estate Bust!  For the last decade or more, Atlanta Real Estate has been growing at a nice steady pace while other markets were having unrealistic property increases.  Atlanta Real Estate continues to be one of the countries best Real Estate markets.  If you want to buy affordable Real Estate, come to Atlanta Georgia!  Visit our website at www.FreeAtlantaHomeSearch...

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Clean SlateWhat good is a tidy home when the cleaners you're using are polluting the environment? Here are some ways to cut back on harmful and toxic cleaning.•·       Do as much as you can with baking soda and water, which are safer, effective cleaners for your tub and shower.•·       Pop a mildewed shower curtain                                                   into the washing machine after presoaking heavily mildewed areas in a bucket filled with 1/4 cup bleach per gallon of water (make sure it's safe for the fabric first). The solution can then be used on other bathroom surfaces. Hang the washed curtain back up in your bathroom to dry. Ventilate well when working with bleach.•·       Vacuum floors, or dust-mop them with a m...

Atlanta real estate should be at the very least broken down into three separate markets if you are trying to determine the real estate market conditions. In a city as large as Atlanta, it is probably best to break it down even farther, but for now, let's look at the three main real estate submarkets that make up Atlanta real estate, condos and townhomes, luxury real estate and the remaining single family homes that are not Atlanta luxury real estate.Condos and Townhomes - The townhome and especially the condo market in Atlanta continue to have difficulties because of the large supply of existing and new construction available just about everywhere you look. It's not that buyers have shunned this type of housing, it really is simply a matter of supply and demand and supply is outpacing d...

Eventually we couldn't follow the design theme I planned with many many many reasons...:( We just did a simple "redesign to live". We couldn't afford to do a lot of things I wanted to get done but at least we created fresh new look with small budget except plazma screen TV! << this is not a props, actual TV they purchased:)Problem for this room was a wall mirror reflecting everything in this room. I avoid adding too many accessory items in this room to make it look simple and clean.Just adding light source on image makes a lot of difference too!http://redesigninatlanta.com

"What if my home in Atlanta never sells?  What if it sells at a Loss?" "Can you list this for nothing?" Sometimes the only way to get the seller's attention is with a real dose of reality!  These are just a few questions to be used to the sellers in this current market to separate your ability from wannabee agents!  Smelling salt questions!  Most agents will want to sugarcoat the listing presentation.  They'll smile a lot, make a lot of empty promises, get the listing, and it will be the last time the seller ever lays eyes upon them!  Sound familiar? In this Atlanta real estate market we are a lot of pressure not only to develope the listing lead, generate an appointment, if accepted...run around and come up with a knock your socks listing presentation to get the listing in less than 8 ...

Did you ever go into a Atlanta neighborhood where you think the prices are astronomical, and yet when you check the listings for Actives everything is either "Under Contract or "Pending Sale" except one listing?  The listing that hasn't sold seems to be priced right, clean, has OK curb appeal but it is listed for sale month after month?  When you finally get into the home, everything seems in order, nothing spectacular but priced right!  It may even be priced way below market.  A few months pass, and now you see more major price reductions, the Atlanta MLS has a note that says "Seller Desperate!"  "Bring All Offers!"  And for the life of you cannot figure out why? Co-oping agents can tell you why it hasn't sold.  More often than not the listing agents' calls go unanswered for days.  Sel...

According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Georgia is no longer the number one state of mortgage fraud.  This has been a dirty crown that we have worn off and on(mainly on) since 2002.  We have recently dropped from number one to number eight! Here is the top ten list: 1)  Utah 2)  Florida  3)  California 4)  New York 5)  Idaho 6)  Michigan 7)  Arizona 8)  Georgia 9)  Minnesota10)  Illinois

I moved around same props for opposite side to take another picture. I forgot to bring a wall art, and a brown curtain I prepared:( Blame on heavy rain today!!I took first photo with an angle to show double sinks, a garden bathtub, and a shower. Second one to show a nice size window by bathtab showing the view.I am not just used to decorate the room with white wall. I have to get used to it.Hope I will meet the clients who are willing to paint on wall soon:)RedesignInAtlanta.com <04/26/2007

I just finished staging this house. They are a young couple with one small daughter. I really wanted to repaint the wall and update lightfixture, but owner was in tight budget. I bought 8 accent pillows, 2 square wicker tables, wall-art. I bought them from Target, Pior1Import, and World Market. I spend $230 for shopping. ($100 pillows, $50x2 tables, $25 art) I used homeowners belongings as much as possible. I rent my immitation palm tree and some of the accent decorations to homeowners.  Good morning, everyone! I just contacted a new client for staging service. She is in a tight budget so I have to use her furniture and belongings as much as I can to finish this project. I am planning to stage her living room and kitchen area. I stopped by Wal-mart and Target this morning to see some accent items. I didn't see anything from Wal-mart but I found cute stuff at Target! Since she cannot spend too much, I might have to purchase some accessories to decorate and return after taking pictures...:PI cantacted by many people to help me remake my website which I made by myself. I know I know~!! I have so many mistakes on grammer and explaination on my service discription:P I finally decided to use one of the professional service to makeover.Thank you for reading my Blog and sorry ...
