 Lee County Housing Market Update – September 2025 The Lee County housing market showed a mix of gains and adjustments in September 2025, with both single-family homes and condos/townhomes experiencing notable year-over-year shifts. According to the latest data from Florida Realtors, the market remains active — with more closed sales, slightly lower median prices, and expanding inventory across the region. Overall, 1,437 properties sold for $692 million in Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Captiva, Estero, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Miromar Lakes, Sanibel, and surrounding areas during the month.  The luxury market picked up in September, with 81 properties sold at or above $1 million, a notable increase from 66 sales in August.
