The chart above gives a report of the NE St. Johns County  real estate market in July 2011 vs. July 2012, and also year to date to Jan.-July 2011 and Jan.-July 2012.   The number of new listings is similar in both cases, -23.8% and -10.7%, respectively.   The Months of Inventory at 7.2 months is trending towards a balanced Market.   The median sales price is down 12.4% for the 2012 Year to Date.   Closed sales in the last year are up an astounding 87.5% - a strong indication of what a hot market this area of Jacksonville is.  Successful Short Sale in St Johns Florida!     The property: This was single family home in St Johns County Florida with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2666 square feet.   Real Estate in St. Augustine has more to offer than just homes. I recently had the pleasure of having an old friend visit from Minneapolis- St. Paul, Minnesota, to give him a taste of St. Augustine’s surroundings. We spent a couple of days enjoying boating down the beautiful Intra-Coastal waterways. No big fish stories this time. :-) My friend got to check out Real Estate in St. Augustine, but commented on the beauty of the Intra-Coastal itself and the nature which surrounds us.
