Prices in Seminole Isle   The Seminole Isle Sales Prices for the last 8 month are interesting to say the least. Let me start by giving you a overview of the Pinellas county real estate market in general. Till mid 2012 the market was flooded with regular listings, Short Sales and Foreclosures. We had what we call a "buyer's market" People made low ball offers left and right and negotiated sales prices down down down and each buyer found a great deal. Overall we had way more listings than buyers. Well the Real estate market  has changed dramatically sometime in autumn last year.   In pretty much all of Pinellas county we now have a "seller's market" yes, you heard right, the sellers are in control again for the first time after the Real Estate crash. Another great idea from the Seminole Isle Home owners association. They are having a Bake sale on Saturday Nov. 10th at the clubhouse in Seminole Isle. People who live in Seminole Isle, friends family etc. (and we are participating too) are donating home baked good. The proceeds go towards the next Seminole Isle holiday party. Thinking about selling your property in Seminole Isle A lot of people have bought their property in 2005 and 2006 and they paid a lot of money for it. Unfortunately the real estate market in Florida and everywhere else in the US for that matter has crashed since then and prices including Seminole Isle have gone down a lot.    Please keep in mind, nobody knows what the future will bring and things can change on a dime if something somewhere in the world happens but right now, I think we hit bottom at the end of 2011 and we are on our way up again.   This doesn't mean that prices will jump back to 2005 pricing within month but watching Seminole Isle closely and working with buyers and seller every day, I see two every encouraging signs for Seminole Isle.   Between 2005 and 2011 we had an ... 07/02/2012

Seminole Isle condos and townhomes in Seminole Florida are located right across the street from Lake Seminole Park.     The Seminole Isle condo and town home community was built in 2005 and has 90 townhomes with roughly 2000 square feet each and 3 different floor plans too chose from and 180 condos split in 6 different building with 5 of them facing west and one building facing east.         Like the townhomes, there are 3 different floor plans for the Seminole Isle condos, 1500, 1700 and 2100 square feet.           The condos here at Seminole Isle as well as the townhomes are very nice, high end construction with open floor plans,  high ceilings and lots of architectural details.
