I have been on a perpetual quest to lose weight since 1975. Yes, I realize that sounds amusing if it wasn't so true. Well, the Skinny Shake may just be one more option to aid me in my quest. Supposedly it tastes like a Wendy's shake, although, I haven't had one of those since about, well 1975... So what do you think? Here is the recipe...The Skinny Shake 3/4 cup Almond Milk (a staple for me) about 15 ice cubes 1/2 tsp Vanilla 1/2 Tsp unsweetened Cocoa powder 1/3 of a Banana BlendI use my vitamix, it comes out completely creamy. All this for approximately 100 calories!Let me know what you think!
