I ran into a bit of a snag today. I went to show condos in an oceanfront building that has a "lockbox bar" in the garage area. There were no less than 15 lockboxes on this bar. I have instructions for 2 listings in this building. The first lockbox was easy to find as the listing agent had taped his business card on the back of the box. The second lockbox not so much. The agent had not taped or marked her lockbox with her name or card. I tried calling the agent to attempt to identify which box was hers. She did not answer her phone. I then called the showing desk and the person there had absolutely no idea which box it could be. The showing desk said they would contact the listing agent and call me right back. We have some very good Italian restaurants on the Space Coast. Most of them are very casual places that serve Pizza as well as traditional southern Italian dishes.
