Time to take a look at a community of homes located in Port Saint Lucie in Saint Lucie County Florida.  I am happy to have my second home and Florida Headquarters here.Within Port Saint Lucie is the Tradition Community.  Tradition is a master planned community located in zip code 34987 in Port Saint Lucie.  This community includes 10 different subdivisions.  There are mostly single homes of varying styles and each subdivision has is own style.  All residents in all subdivisions are covered under a master agreement and each homeowner pays monthly dues ranging from $150 to $175.  These charges cover the costs on maintaining the streets and community.  But they also include the coverage for the cost of basic TV cable for the residents and station attended home security systems.   The commu... 08/14/2018
