Recent data indicates an emerging surge in real estate sales in Pinecrest. At this point last year, 31 total properties were sold at an average of $1.3 million or $265/sq. ft. Now fast forward to this year, thus far there have been 45 total sales at an average of $1.6 million or $341/sq. ft.! This same trend is evident when we look at properties of $3 million and above. In 2013, there were only 7 total sales of properties over $3 million at an average of $360/sq. ft.
