Palm City Homeowners Association Rules are well worth the Read! It does seem that whenever a story about some faraway homeowners association finds its way into our newspapers, nearly always it’s because something has gone awry. Either there’s an ongoing dispute about a flag display (“Indiana Couple Violate Rules for Flying U.S. Flag”), a fencing disagreement (“Border Feud is Childish and Dangerous”), or something else to catch readers’ eyes. The pettier, the better (“North Carolina Man in Dispute over Pansies Planted in Common Area”). Why does this hit the local news? Home Prices in Palm City FL 34990 for February 2015   Palm City Home Prices   Year over year, home prices in Palm City are up about 10%, however as inventory begins to return to equilibrium market levels, I don't expect home prices to increase that much this year. Although home prices continue to rise in Palm City, they are not rising in the first few months of this year as much as last year as we came off the bottom of the market.
