There were more than 4000 homes in foreclosure in Palm Beach County during the first quarter of 2007 and another 4000 in some stage of preforclosure.In Palm Beach Gardens, there were 294 in foreclosure during the first three months of the year. In todays paper(of course buried) Chairmen Ben Bernanke says "The economy should escape without significant harm from the problems in the sub-prime market".  I totally agree with him on this.  The article goes on to state that 14% of home mortgages are in the sub prime market.  That would mean to me that 86% of the market was either an the "A" or "Alt A" market and that is an overwhelming number.  He went on to say "There would be further increases in the mortgage delinquencies and foreclosures this year and next", he did not believe these problems would be enough to derail the overall economy.  The truth of the sub-prime market is they are going to tighten up the underwriting on those loans. The Florida State Legislature will return to session in Tallahassee in early June for a special session devoted solely to property tax reform.Governor Crist called back state lawmakers after the legislature adjorned in early May without taking final action on property tax reform. Palm Beach Gardens has its share of very upscale Cigar Shops but in my opinion nothing beat the "Old  School" style of  Gardens Cigar ,Wine and Tobacco.  It is their where Frank Losover (The owner) suggested my latest smoke Cusano 18.  I have to tell you this is one of the smoothest smokes I have had for the price.  It is mild/medium smoke with double Connecticut wrapper and 18 years of aged tobacco.  With a very clean and even burn.  Since Frank has turned me on to this smoke I have not had a bad one yet.  I smoke clean to the end till my fingers burn from the heat.  Smooth all the way through.                                                 Cigar Aficionado has rated it a 91.  A very well deserve rating in my book.                              For those of you who not yet joined the C... 05/14/2007
