Orange Park Florida Market Trends Report March 25, 2012 Is there a real estate recovery in Orange Park Florida? Check out the Data in the latest report from the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. The number of new listings in 2012 are down 7.4%, while the Medial Sales Price is up from February 2011-February 2012 by 1.9% and up in 2012 1.3%. The percent of original list price received is up 2.7% to 91% in 2012. Even though listings have increased and sales are down, Median Sales Price is up. The Italian-born Sarnelli family has been serving Italian food for 30 years in the Orange Park area. The Sarnelli's son, Manny, has opened his Bistro across from the Orange Park Medical Center and the whole family is helping out, including Mama, as Mrs. Sarnelli is affectionately called, Papa Sarnelli, and Manny's wife, who is a first-rate Pastry Chef. Orange Park Waterfront View This was shot looking out at the St. Johns River from Johnson Slough in the Orange Park area of Jacksonville Florida. Johnson's Slough is a tributary of the St. Johns River that runs under Highway 17 and becomes wetlands all the way over to its exit into Doctors Lake. Locations like this one are protected during storms, so some boaters prefer here versus right on the River.
