Naples Home Price Trends Over the past year home and condominium listing prices along the Naples Gulf beach area have been fairly stable.  Compare this to the median Sold price.  As you can see on the chart below, the median sold price has been rising dramatically since late August and early September, from about $500,000 to almost $900,000.  One of the reasons for this increase?  I believe it is due in part to the reduction in inventory in the $200-400k price range.  The market's absorbtion of this inventory has pushed many buyers up to the next ... 01/10/2013
