Autumn rolled into town about 20 minutes ago according to the almanac. Didn't notice anything different with the sky or the humidity or air temp. It is sunny, humid and eighty four degrees-not Autumn.I was of course daydreaming about those low humidity crisp days but nope, we still have 2 or 3 more months before that. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE IT A GOOD BEACH DAY IN MIAMI, FLORIDA?First, as any realtor would tell you - location. Have to pick the right spot. Then, it’s food and water, as in ocean temperatures.  For us that beach spot in Miami is usually Haulover Beach in northern Miami Beach, for a number of good reasons.  The sun seems to be more prevalent at Haulover than in other locations. Why? I don’t know, but when we were leaving Midtown Miami with our beach gear yesterday, it was pouring,  and in South Beach also, as was evident by the rain clouds and radar readings.
