Miami is definitely a picturesque city - the stylish mixture of Art Deco and stunning modern architecture, the sublime light at sunset and sunrise and of course the beautiful white sands and toned bodies on its beaches.  So perhaps it's not surprising that the contemporary arts scene is flourishing in the city.
