Last week I told you about the upcoming Melbourne Air & Space Show. We went on Sunday and had a great time!The 1st display was from a man named Kent Pietsch who does aerobatic routines. His plane is called the Jelly Belly and is specially equip-ted for the type of flying he does. This clip is of a World War II bomber and the F-35 Striker of today. They flew side by side at the show. I always urge home buyers to think long term - not necessarily about the years of mortgage payments but rather about when the time comes to sell.   After all, unless it is a retirement home, most buyers will not be living the rest of their lives in the house. Today I went to our local board for a class on the Brevard County Property Appraiser website. Little did I know that Dana Blickley, the actual property appraiser, was there. The class was packed with well over 100 people in attendance. At the beginning of the class Dana Blickley did something that I thought was awesome. She asked everyone in the class to stand, face our flag and say the Pledge of Allegiance. I haven't said the Pledge since I can't remember and I was absolutely thunder struck at the request.
