I have been a resident of this lovely city since 1990. I have seen this area change each year in leaps and bounds. When I first moved here Lake Mary Blvd was 2 lanes and it's now 6 and 8 at some points. We had a gas station, grocery store, BK and MCdonalds now we have everything you could ever imagine even 2 of them within a mile of one another. I don't purport to know the best way to do things.  I do know that you need to take risks and adapt to change along the way in everything you do.  I believe in being accessible to my clients 24 hours a day.  I believe in working for people and with people only after I get to know them as a little more than just "another client."  I believe that we (as Realtors) get well compensated and should do more than stick the sign in the ground and wait for someone else to sell our listings.  I believe in communicating with my valued clients at least once a week.  I believe in educating them to the market and walking them through the sales process step by step.  I have laid mulch, planted flowers and cut lawns for my valued clients.  I have even recently delivered a dog from one partner to another... 02/26/2007
