I speak to many investors who see projects that they would love to participate in, but lack the capital to purchase and renovate the property.  Often times, a project for a single family home in a desirable neighborhood in North Palm Beach County will run around $250,000-$350,000. It intrigues me enough when there's money left on the table in any real estate transaction but when it's all up to you and fail to perform there's no one left to blame.I can only hope that this ticket purchaser is in good health and might see this windfall, which began back in January, come to fruition. This ticket expires on July 8th. It was 1 of 5 tickets that had all 5 winning numbers on that draw date. The ticket was bought at Publix Market in the Shoppes of Jonathan's Landing in Jupiter.
