Jupiter Island Condos seems to be on the rise. Hurricanes have spared us thus far and the beautiful weather and the great beaches seem to be bringing people back to Florida. The Oceanfront Condo market seem to have hit the bottom and is now on the way to recovery. Because of our sluggish real estate market many foreign buyers are coming in to take advantage for the lower prices, but this will now last long.
