Recently I've started to carry my video camera with me everywhere I go. There are a few communities in my city that often show much better in person their reputation so I decided to add some video drive throughs to the communities. I've not yet heard from any prospects but was wondering what other real estate agents thought of adding community drive throughs? Do you think a prospective buyer would be more informed with the video and the text or just the video. I remember when they started construction on Clocktower Hammock, and how I thought the builder would have difficulties because of the "L" parcel, but the landscaping at the entrance is inviting and the quality of the construction, fit and finish the Ken Davis of Custome Quality Builiders puts into his homes has made Clocktower Hammock a sell out even in these market conditions.******************************Clocktower Hammock Jupiter is located where Military Trail ends at Indiantown Road. The entrance is a well decorated monument sign between the CVS and Walgreens.
