Baker House, the oldest restored "Cracker House" in Pasco County, which was closed to the public due to lack of funding and volunteers a couple of years ago is decorated and open for tours and refreshments, one day only, December 19, 2009. The historic Baker House, located on Moog Road in Holiday next to the Pasco Arts Council and the Centennial Park Library, will be open for tours from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 19. The event is free; punch and cookies will be served.   Built in 1882 and now owned by Pasco County, the Baker House was restored in the early 1990s and opened to the public as a museum in February 1993.
